WBWall Bed Fit

How this site works

Wall Bed Fit is a reference site. It collects the fit dimensions wall bed makers publish and runs them against a room you describe.

What it covers

84 size and orientation setups from 29 product lines sold by 6 storefronts: Lori Beds, The Bedder Way Co., Expand Furniture, Bestar, Wilding Wallbeds and Resource Furniture. It also lists every CPSC recall of a Murphy, wall or cabinet bed we could find.

Where the numbers come from

Every width, height, depth, projection and ceiling figure was copied from the maker's own product page, dimensions page or measuring guide, and each one carries a link and the date it was read (2026-11-05 for this edition). When a maker does not publish a figure, the site prints “not published”. No number is estimated, averaged or borrowed from a similar bed.

Two derived figures appear, and both are labeled: Bedder Way minimum ceilings, computed with the rule Bedder Way prints (bed height plus 2 1/2 inches), and the “room depth for a 30-inch path” column, which is the open projection plus 30.

Recall text is quoted from the Consumer Product Safety Commission's recall database without edits, with a link to each notice.

What it does not do

No beds were tested, handled or slept on for this site. It does not rate comfort, quality or safety. It never gives mounting, anchoring or wall-strength advice; those questions belong to the maker's install manual or a professional installer.

How it pays for itself

Right now it doesn't. There are no ads and no affiliate links. Links to makers are plain links. If that changes, this page and every page with such a link will say so clearly.

Corrections

Makers change their beds. If a figure here no longer matches the maker's page, email support@wallbedfit.com with the page link and it will be re-checked.
