What this site does not do

It checks fit. Width, height, depth, swing, ceiling. It does not judge whether a bed is safe, strong or well made, and it never explains how to mount one. Those answers belong in the maker's install manual, and we link it wherever the maker publishes one.

The shallowest open footprint in the data belongs to the The Bedder Way Co. Horizontal wood or melamine Murphy bed (Twin, horizontal) at 44 5/8" from the wall. The deepest is the Resource Furniture (CLEI) LGM rotating wall bed (Queen, vertical) at 95.6". Same job, very different rooms.
