The Bedder Way Co. keeps one long dimensions page that covers every frame it sells, plus a simple ceiling rule for its vertical beds: the ceiling must be at least 2 1/2 inches taller than the bed. Lori Beds appears to be the same company; both sell a bed called YouLift.

How to read the last column
It is the open projection plus 30 inches, nothing more. Thirty inches is a common minimum for a walkway; Bestar asks for 30 to 36 inches around its open beds. If your room is shallower than that number, the bed still opens, but you will be stepping sideways past it.
Wall anchoring must follow the maker's install manual. If in doubt, use a professional installer.
